The W7 Rome Summit will be held next May 8 and 9 in Rome.

The 2024 Summit will take place ahead of the G7 Leaders’ Summit, which is to be hosted by Italy, in Puglia. During this event, W7 delegates will finalize concrete policy recommendations to advance gender equality in G7 negotiations in a Communiqué, which will be presented to Giorgia Meloni, Prime Minister of Italy. While these recommendations are non-binding, they will be considered by the G7 for its discussions and negotiations and contribute to the policymaking process.
